Lawrence M. Kotler, DDS, attended Medical College of Virginia, and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1973. In addition, he holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami, a Master of Science (MS) degree in Oral Biology from George Washington University, and a Certificate in Endodontics from the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. In 1994, he retired from the U.S. Army Dental Corps as Chief of the Department of Dentistry and Chief of Endodontics for the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
